How long will it take to receive my order ?

How can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing a Tracking Number. You can use this number on our "Track Order" page to see the real-time status of your delivery.
Do you ship nationwide ?
Yes! We deliver to almost every pincode across India. If our shipping partner cannot reach your specific location, we will contact you and provide a full refund immediately.
What payment methods do you accept ?

Why do I need to provide an ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN) ?
For international shipments, Indian Customs regulations may require a Know Your Customer (KYC) document to clear the package. If required, our shipping partner will contact you securely to collect this information. This is a standard government requirement for all imported goods.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day Replacement/Return Policy. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return ?

When will I get my refund ?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and sent to the global warehouse for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.
